Every group portrait session includes full planning support in advance, from location and studio choice to wardrobe guidance for your team. On the day, you're working with an award-winning photographer, professional lighting and camera gear, and portable backdrops matched to your brand, with expert posing guidance throughout. Every image receives editorial-level professional retouching. We're fully licensed in the UAE and experienced working with senior team members and boards.
Share the session plan with your team in advance - who's attending, timing, and any wardrobe guidance. We'll guide everyone through posing and expression on the day, so no one needs to arrive with a rehearsed pose. We can happily arrange matched backdrops to company colour scheme, which is best done a little in advance.
Yes. We regularly photograph groups from 2 to 100 people or more, whether in-studio or on location at your office or venue. Clients regularly schedule sessions onsite on a monthly basis to ensure all team members have professional images for profiles, articles and content. Solid colours photograph best and help the group look visually unified. Avoid busy patterns or clashing brights. If your brand has specific colours, we can help coordinate outfit choices around them while still allowing some personal style.
As a guide: individual team members are typically photographed in 10–15 minutes each, while senior team members and board members are allocated 30–60 minutes, allowing time to properly capture the range of images needed for board and leadership positioning. Portraiture is a craft that lets people settle, manage their expressions, and relax into the session, so the extra time for senior sittings genuinely shows in the final images.
Yes. On-location sessions are available across the UAE and beyond. At your office or a venue of your choice, with setup organised on your behalf.
Group and team headshot pricing depends on group size, whether the session is in-studio or on location, and how many images and creative outputs you need for the final set. Some firms opt for white backdrop only and some create a bespoke colour set aligned with their company colours. As a guide, individual sessions start from 1,800 AED, with group and team pricing quoted per brief once we know your team size and requirements.
